April 5, 2024 - I sure hope PCB voters stop ̶B̶i̶d̶e̶n̶’̶s̶ ̶ Sheldon’s migrant-first agenda.
Stop making Panama City Beach into a corporate hellhole.
Vote for StuartForPCB.com on or before April 16.
(Sheldon’s campaign manager Arthur “Dumpster Diver” Cullen does NOT approve this message.)
April 4, 2024 - Mexico Beach Mayor Michele Miller joins us! She tells us about the State audit into the City's finances, and updates us on her two lawsuits.
April 4, 2024 - Mayor Mark Sheldon says that he supports migrant workers making PCB “their home” and “family destination.”
They moved here “just like we did” because “they see how much the community has to offer.”
He wants to build more hotels to “house the workforce” for big developers.
“They’re paying bed tax revenue for that,” he said. That’s what funds his company that puts on Gulf Coast Jam at Frank Brown Park.
Mayor Sheldon’s top priority for PCB is a walkover pedestrian bridge from Aaron Bessant Park to Frank Brown Park.
He wants you to vote for him on or before April 16 to “move forward, together.”
Or you can put locals first by voting for StuartForPCB.com.
April 4, 2024 - Judge rules against Mexico Beach Recall Committee today. A hearing is set for April 8 in the Bay County Courthouse.
It is a public proceeding, and open to the public.
April 3, 2024 - When asked about affordable housing at Monday's candidate debate against Stuart Tettemer, Mayor Mark Sheldon said this (emphasis added):
"I’m not gonna sit up here and say Visa workers don’t want to make a home here.
To me, EVERYBODY who comes to Panama City Beach - the same way we all came to Panama City Beach - we all made it our home.
Because we realize what this community has to offer.
So I’m not gonna say a Visa worker doesn’t want to make a home here. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY DISAGREE with that statement.
I think ANYONE who comes to Panama City Beach may want to find this as their family destination.
And again, I think it goes to some of the things we talked about, which is BUILDING THOSE RELATIONSHIPS THAT MATTER.
Whether it’s in Washington DC and looking at the funding that we absolutely talked about.
To say how can we create a partnership with someone who wants to take the land that they have and potentially look at moving forward on building some affordable housing.
The cost of land continues to skyrocket in Panama City Beach - we’ve seen that. Everybody’s property value has increased tremendously in the last three or four years, and so therefore the property value has increased drastically as well.
So trying to find someone to give some of that land up …
We see one hotel on the west end of the Beach now that used to be a church retreat. There’s a business who owns that now whose using it for EMPLOYEE HOUSING.
I know Pineapple Willie when he was alive, was looking to do the same thing. He was building EMPLOYEE HOUSING.
So we’re seeing more companies so they do have a WORK CREW. So the WORKFORCE has a place to stay and live and be a part of our community.
You know while they’re doing that … You look at the house … the church (inaudible) ... that’s a hotel. They’re paying a BED TAX REVENUE all the time for that.
So, it’s an asset for the City, but at the same time it’s HOUSING PEOPLE WHO HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO DO SOMETHING."

April 3, 2024 - Bay District Schools is emasculating students and conditioning them to get used to lockdowns.
Pretending to be obsessed with safety while scaring our kids over a solar eclipse, which they consider inclement weather now.
Students will be prevented from seeing rare natural phenomenon. But at least they can watch a livestream (if their teachers choose to show them).
Gen. Mark McQueen - the Superintendent - looks different in that photo.
Raising a generation of scared kids is abusive.
Historically, it’s your own people who screw you over the worst.
April 2, 2024 - Mayor Sheldon says to put MIGRANT WORKERS FIRST.
Stuart Tettemer says put LOCALS FIRST.
Mark "Money Mover" Sheldon said the quiet part out loud at last night's debate for Panama City Beach Mayor:
Sheldon says that the City should get help from Washington DC to build hotels to house migrant workers for the big developers.
It's like what's happening in New York City, where the famous Roosevelt Hotel is a migrant shelter. That's Sheldon's model for PCB.
Sheldon brags that those hotels pay bed-tax revenue to the Tourist Development Council (TDC), which has paid his companies more than $10 million to his companies for Gulf Coast Jam and Sand Jam since 2015.
Go to StuartForPCB.com to find out why the Bay County Republican Party Of Florida has endorsed Stuart for Mayor of Panama City Beach.
April 1, 2024 - Police Chief Ricky Ramie is asking drivers not to flee from the police. He says it's not worth it just to avoid a ticket because they usually catch you later.
This is not an April Fools joke.
It's also not a lack of self awareness. It's a poke in the eye. It's Chief Ramie's way of taunting and mocking you.
His good friend Sheriff Tommy Ford is protecting him. They've done a lot together over the years. Sheriff Ford isn't capable of being embarrassed or ashamed of dirty cops.
He loves them. It's the good ones he fires. Just look at all the Whistleblower lawsuits against him.
April 2, 2024 - April Developer James Finch's letter to the Lynn Haven Commission re Police Chief Ricky Ramie's hit-and-run arrest.
April 1, 2024 - There’s a heated race for mayor of Panama City Beach!
The St. Joe Company and big developers are worried that their puppet Mark “Money Mover” Sheldon is in trouble.
