Nov. 21, 2024 - Municipal engineer Chris Forehand's attorney David McGee was an unindicted co-conspirator (Person A), according to the Pensacola News Journal and Matt Gaetz.
Feds never charged Forehand's attorney for his role three years ago in the attempted extortion of $25 million from Matt Gaetz's father, Don Gaetz.
David McGee was a prominent federal prosecutor in the 1990s, and still has big-time connections. As Forehand's defense attorney, he secured immunity after Hurricane Michael.
