Corruption Watch: Lynn Haven Mayor Jesse Nelson, PCB Councilman Michael Jarman, Panama City Beach's FAKE complaint against Police Chief

June 28, 2024 - PCB to move City elections from April to November. Mike Jarman wants to kill Municipal Tuesday.
Councilman Jarman says new Supervisor of Elections Nina Ward is "game."
But her predecessor, longtime SOE Mark Andersen, vehemently opposed the idea six months ago when the Panama City Commission floated the idea.
Jarman says that he came up with the idea on his own recently because he just wants more voter participation.
That's exactly what PC Commissioner Josh Street said six months ago on the other side of the Hathaway Bridge.
I just don't believe that the two most obediently opportunist elected officials had the same idea six months apart.
The timing is suspicious as well: Their desire for more voters occurred right after their incumbent crony mayors (Mark Sheldon and Greg Brudnicki) faced embarrassing defeats.
June 27, 2024 - This morning I asked if all PCB employees who receive complaints get investigated, or if that only happened to Police Chief Talamantez.
Then I asked about a legitimate complaint against the City's K9 officers.
I suspect it's never happened like this before.
I didn't have time to ask the following questions:
1. Why Police Chief Talamantez was treated so much differently over anonymous accusations compared to Lynn Haven Police Chief Ricky Ramie whose hit-and-run was caught on video.
The reason this is important is because both cities use the same law firm: HandFirm.com (seriously). Cole "Son" Davis is in PCB, and Amy "White-Out" Myers is in Lynn Haven. They are both partners of the shady law firm that represents several local municipalities.
2. If City Manager Drew Whitman or City Attorney Cole Davis had prior knowledge of the anonymous letter mailed to City Hall and addressed to Mayor Stuart Tettemer.
Because if so, that could be a scheme to defraud, intent to defraud, use of the mails in furtherance of a scheme, honest services fraud, wire fraud, on and on.
Considering the unusual context of this complaint and subsequent deep-dive investigation, it's worth pulling on that thread to ensure there was no foul play orchestrated by the local crony cartel.
There are aspects to this situation that I'm choosing not report until the time is right and the mood is proper.
June 26, 2024 - Mayor Jesse Nelson's epic meltdown: He's handsome and you might be racist but not really, maybe though.
June 25, 2024 - Lynn Haven Mayor Jesse Nelson: “I’m actually a handsome guy.”
June 25, 2024 - Very few people make me belly laugh as much as Jesse Nelson. Everything about him cracks me up.
His entire performative theater act is pure comedy.
Like the time he invoked the 14th Amendment in defense of his vulgar, vindictive, and racist Chief of Police: Ricky Ramie.
Sheriff Tommy Ford and the local crony cartel love their goofy front man in Lynn Haven.
So do I, kind of.
I need more of Jesse Nelson’s gaslighting routine, with his fake cadence and his faux confidence.
Please call an emergency meeting or a pre-pre commission meeting. Anything.
I don’t want to wait two weeks for the next episode!
June 25, 2024 - Last night the Lynn Haven MayOR said ...
... that he doesn't believe his freedom of speech is being violated during the meetings just because he is black.
But then again, maybe it is. But probably not though. He wasn't calling anyone racists. Just calm down.
Comedy Central at City Hall as they circle the wagons for Police Chief Ricky Ramie, whose hit-and-run was caught on video.
June 24, 2024 - WEIRD Press Conference: PCB Police Chief J.R. Talamantez exonerated from anonymous attack sent through the U.S. Mail with no return address.
And a story about a similar piece of paper I received from Sheriff Tommy Ford's campaign manager Arthur Cullen back in 2017.
