Oct. 28, 2023 - Who do you believe - Local news outlets or me?
I joke that I’m not a lawyer, but I play one in real life. I just defeat fancy attorneys like Michael Dickey and D.C. Mathews.
Michael Dickey teaches law in college. How embarrassing is that? I’m sure he doesn’t tell his students to withhold discovery production for more than 70 days like he tried doing with me.
You know why I win? Because I’m telling the truth and they lie. That’s why their clients don’t want to be deposed under oath.
I’ve been sued for defamation twice by public figures. It’s not smart for a public figure to accuse me of lying while giving me subpoena power to prove otherwise.
I’ll grab my fedora, hop in the Lincoln Town Car, and bring the Truth!

Oct. 27, 2023 - I call myself a watchdog. But now there’s a literal watchdog named Burnie!
Oct. 26, 2023 - Now look how WJHG reported that the jury found James Finch NOT GIILTY.
Why are the two local “news” stations omitting the most important part of the story in their headlines?
It’s not just click bait. It suggests that they’re getting marching orders.
LOOK at the picture. Does it represent in any way that it took less than 90 minutes for the jury find Finch not guilty?
This is the SECOND jury that didn’t believe the same bogus bribery charge from BEFORE Hurricane Michael.
According to the Gallup Poll, only 11 percent of Americans trust TV News. This is a good example of #JournalisticMalpractice.
Are WJHG and WMBB incompetent, petty, or on the take?
Why are they poisoning their own community with toxic propaganda?
Oct. 26, 2023 - “Verdict reached.” That’s WMBB’s headline?
Even after the jury took less than 90 minutes to find James Finch NOT GUILTY.
WMBB continues the Orgy of Innuendo.
We all know what the headline should say.
Reporter Brady Calhoun and News Director Tom Lewis poison our community with vile propaganda.
Are they incompetent, petty, or on the take?
Their “story” tonight was disgusting. I bet it’s written by the federal prosecutors’ PR team.
WMBB epitomizes why TV News is the second least trusted institution in America, only behind Congress.

Oct. 26, 2023 - James Finch found NOT GUILTY.
Oct. 26, 2023 - Jury is deliberating right now in the SECOND trial of James Finch.

Oct. 26, 2023 - Clown car sighting at the Federal Courthouse in Tallahassee.
I have yet to see reporter-propagandist Brady Calhoun take a single note in the courtroom.
His four years of lying to you about Lynn Haven Mayor Margo Anderson and developer James Finch is catching up with him.
Time is an appellate judge.

Oct. 25, 2023 - Finch SECOND trial, DAY 2 Recap
Oct. 25, 2023 - The clown car has arrived. WMBB’s Brady Calhoun is here.
He can’t believe that the federal prosecutors are fumbling so bad with the SECOND trial of Lynn Haven developer James Finch.
Calhoun and Tom Lewis have been lying to you for more than three years about the bogus 79 counts against Mayor Margo Anderson and James Finch.
They dropped 78 charges. Now they’re in front of Federal Judge Mark walker and another jury of Finch’s peers.
Sheriff Tommy Ford and the feds REALLY wanted to remove Mayor Margo after she blew the whistle on public corruption.
The bullshit indictments were brought on the false testimony of former City Manager Michael White, Police Chief Ricky Ramie, City Manager Vickie Gainer, and City Engineer Chris Forehand.
Who benefited from the Margo/Finch persecution?
Oct. 24, 2023 - The feds are starting their SECOND trial against Lynn Haven developer James Finch today in Tallahassee.
Finch was tried in front of a jury of his peers in March on two counts: 1. Conspiracycy to bribe a former City Councilman in 2017; and for (2) committing bribery with a $5K check in 2017.
The trial ended with a hung jury on both counts.
So the feds dropped the conspiracy count, and are trying to put Finch in prison for the rest of his life on a single count of bribery with a $5K check.
Sheriff Tommy Ford and the feds insist Finch bribed Antonious Barnes for “certainty” in order to win two contracts to fix the 17th Street Ditch and to mitigate flooding worth a total of $4.4 million.
Both votes were unanimous and recommended by City Manager Joel Schubert and his staff. The Council members were thrilled to vote for Finch.
That’s because the City borrowed the $4.4 from Finch himself to finance the projects. The Council members couldn’t believe Finch only charged the City 2.55% interest, and gave the City 30 years to pay him back.
And Finch told the City not to start paying him until the 17th Street Ditch project was complete.
But no good deed goes unpunished by Sheriff Ford and the feds.
Prosecutors are set to make their opening arguments that Finch bribed Barnes so that Finch could loan the city money at half the going interest rate to fix the dangerous ditch in Lynn Haven.
It’s absurdity on stilts.
The truth is that the $5K check was a business loan. Barnes served 45 days in prison for failing to list the “loan” on a bank loan application. He was never charged with accepting a bribe. That’s why prosecutors aren’t calling Barnes to the witness stand.
How much time, money, and resources have Sheriff Ford and the feds wasted persecuting Finch and the whistleblower, Mayor Margo Anderson?
Why would they do that? Who are they protecting?
Just imagine if they had arrested the real criminals who had their hands deep inside the FEMA cookie jars.
Now consider who they would’ve ratted out in their plea deals. The answer probably brings us to the reason Sheriff Ford’s promise to clean up public corruption was nothing but dishonest political theater.
Details on the SECOND trial of James Finch coming soon.
Oct. 22, 2023 - Lynn Haven Police Chief Ricky Ramie and City Manager Vickie Gainer are living large right now.
But The Shadow knows!
I watched Chief Ramie tell the federal judge that former City Manager Michael White gave him a sack of cash after Hurricane Michael.
Chief Ramie says he guarded the cash for White but didn’t touch it. He just put it between his legs under his desk and looked at it.
It’s estimated to have been between $10K and $175K, based on testimony. I’m leaning toward the latter.
Vickie Gainer told the FBI several stories early on and then later she told Judge Mark Walker different stories entirely.
She’s allowed to contradict herself under oath for some reason. The feds use her most convenient narrative to support their latest legal theory. Truth be damned.
She was a train wreck on the witness stand, once stuttering so badly I thought she was going to pass out.
Sheriff Tommy Ford and the feds continue to give Ricky and Vickie a free pass as they all persecuted the whistleblowers, Mayor Margo Anderson and developer James Finch.
Sheriff Ford and Chief Ramie are good friends and fishing buddies. Investigation notes described a meeting they had in an alley regarding Lynn Haven corruption.
Finch is scheduled to begin his second trial on Tuesday for one count of bribery with a $5K check back in 2017.
Anderson and Finch were indicted on 79 bogus counts of public corruption in 2020 and 2021 respectively. All charges have been dropped except for the single remaining count against Finch.
