May 17, 2024 - Unlawful database searches by Sheriff Ford, and incorrect statement from State Attorney Basford
May 17, 2024 - Sheriff Tommy Ford has misused state law-enforcement databases to query me on several occasions over the years.
That's the same thing that caused this prosecutor to step down from her position.
Just seven months before entering my closed-and-gated backyard for nearly eight minutes in 2022, Corporal Nicholas Macias unlawfully searched me on the FCIC, NCIC, and DAVID databases. The very same deputy.
When I filed an Internal Affairs complaint against him and the other deputies for surrounding our home over alleged missing AirPods, Sheriff Ford exonerated all of them.
Running search queries on databases without a lawful reason is serious abuse of power.
“Any unauthorized query of DAVID [Driver and Vehicle Information Database] could constitute a violation of section 119.0712(2) of the Florida Statutes and a violation of the Driver Privacy Protection Act [DPPA] which prohibit release of personal information except as otherwise specifically permitted within the Act.”
May 14, 2024 - Let me guess.
May 14, 2024 - Even WMBB is saying that PC Mayor Doc Rohan is representing the residents as the other commissioners are pushing to destroy historic Beach Drive.
It’s part of Biden’s Paths Across America and Hotels for Migrants slush fund.
Puppet Master and new developer William Harrison covets the federal loot. He’s the former St. Joe lobbyist.
He was also the campaign manager for Sheriff Tommy Ford in 2020. Now Ford has Arthur “Dumpster Diver” Cullen as his campaign manager.
May 14, 2024 - Photos I took today at the Panama City Commission meeting. Only Mayor Doc Rohan cares more about residents than what puppet master William Harrison wants.
Look at their faces as public comments begin.
May 14, 2024 - What is the Panama City Commission hiding?
That's what I asked them this morning.
